Six Flags Hurricane Harbor tickets for the most fun in Illinois

Six Flags’ 20-acre theme park, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor tickets give you entry to the park with the most attractions and rides in all of Illinois. Families adore this park and that is why it was recently expanded to offer even more than it did before. This makes for an excellent summer getaway in Lake County.

The Surf Rider is one of the new slides and has a double surf simulator to allow two surfers to catch the wave at the same time. Fifty thousand gallons of water per minute flows to create the five-foot waves that crest at 30mph speeds. Surfing lessons are available for those who can’t yet surf.

The Dive Bomber has a skybox-launching capsule for its super loop slide. This one is bound to be a great hit with thrill seekers. While standing in the capsule, counting down, the floor literally drops out from under you and you are swept into a looping waterslide. The more faint hearted can join in the fun by watching the thrill seekers go through the clear tubes.

For double the fun, a twin version of this slide allows two people to race. The speed is up to 40 mph at a height of five stories.

The Mega Wedgie also has a skybox-launching capsule with a floor that drops out from underneath you. The plunge is 80 degrees and the speed 40mph down five stories.
